They are also are plant based, free from oil, low in fat and are sure to to fill your belly, keep you satisfied, and provide you with some amazing nutrition. Easy vegan LUNCH meals for weight loss was something I struggled with in the beginning of my journey. If there were no left overs in the fridge, I never knew what to eat. So, my hopes with bringing you this video, is to provide you with some meals for weight-loss and weight-maintenance, that are quick and easy, so you don’t have to search high and low on the internet on your own.
